Back Hoe Attachment

Has anybody out there purchased a backhoe attachment from a company located in Arizona?? I did and mounted it up to my Yanmar F235 and it worked like a champ until the control valve bit the dust, and I cannot get them to respond on providing a replacement under warranty. Any input would be appreciated
