Ditto what Buckeyeman said. Get the turfs. I've been surprised by how well they work. Traction is seldom an issue.

Without flat lawn to mow I think the B will be best. Now with that said I have the BX. I love it but my lawn is flat as a pancake. Would I like the B?? Oh yea, but, it doesn't really suit my needs. So it's needs vs wants.

You know I've thought more about this "this tractor or that" type of discussion and perhaps an apt analogy is that of a paint brush. They come in many different sizes, just like tractors.
You can buy a cutting brush; works great in the corners, but would you want to paint your entire house with it? It depends. How big is your house?
You can go for the 6 inch wide brush; paints large areas quickly, but those little strips around the windows? Not so good.
What if the big brush is twice the price of the small one and you have lots of intricate trim to paint around?

So many questions, and even more solutions, I guess.

You sure you don't have a MINOT you picked up at TSC? It is "Proudly Assembled in Indiana", you know.

I will say, though, one thing I've learned ESPECIALLY though the purchase/use of my backhoe: The BX series is NOT construction equipment. I would figure the B to be better, but still not capable of the service a dedicated construction-grade machine is able to put to the ground. Sure as all heck beats a shovel and digging bar, though!

Perhaps, Mr. Dude-who-is-Dusty, your expectations are lofty. Perhaps you, very unfortunately, own a lemon. Perhaps you put antifreeze in the HST and wiper fluid in the hydraulics. Whatever the circumstance, that is a pretty strong opinion. I'd bet you could sell your B7610 to someone for $1,200 less than you paid for it and that someone would be quite happy with their purchase.
