I also have to pay twice as much tax because of waterfront - be careful of your neighbors when it comes to the waterfront commision!
I'd be mighty careful about the guy who comes out to give you the permit for the septic system - he may talk to the waterfront commision guy - just my sad experience with a small tool shed within 125 ft. of a marsh ON MY OWN PROPERTY!!
Well here i go again i had some concerns about the b7500 and its 21 hp motor and the hill in my front yard. well no more concerns just put money down on a new b7800 from carver equipment in north carolina great guys and the price was still alot less with shipping than any one in my erea could quote , should be receiving machine in about a weeks time will have some pictures for everybody to see!!!!!!!!! say goodby to the hill!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the 7800 is the better way to go too, I have looked at both, and well, they both have their place.
