WELCOME TO THE FORUM; the price sounds about right, but so often the price depends on the area and the popularity of a specific machine. might be helpful to fill in a little info so we know what type of land and how much land u need to take care of..

Congratulations on choosing a great machine. I think that you may be able to get that setup for about $12,650. However, comfort with the dealer is an important consideration.

I would recommend the following features as well:

1) get the shop & illustrated parts mannuals.
2) get two bucket hooks welded on.
3) have the rear tires filled with PG or windshield wiper fluid.
4) make sure you get the four way value with the loader.

Have a great new year!

I've put about 80 hours on my B7500 since early September. So far, no complaints. In fact it has exceeded all of my expectations. I have the 4672 BH on it and find that I use it almost as much as the loader. Your price looks about right. It's a great machine and I'm sure you ( and your neighbors ) will love it.

Welcome to the forum. The price varies a lot from different parts of the country depending on competion, etc. I have owned my B7500 for two years, 225 hours with no problems. It is dependable, and mows 4 acres in about 3 hours with a 60 inch rear mount mower. I also maintain about .4 mile of irrigation border with a rear blade. I believe you have made an excellent decision!! So enjoy and have fun!!

I have been using my 7500 since may of '02 and have done the following :
mowing 3 acres
grading 400' gravel drive
removing snow from drive with 6' rear blade
edging 1 acre pond with dirt scoop
towing trailer loads of pond muck (1800lbs each)
No problems, no complaints, lots of fun.

Pond muck? If it's what I think do you use it as mulch?

I'm a B7500 boy myself. 180+ hours used mainly to mow, but I use a rotary cutter as time allows throughout the year and till my garden in spring and fall. Use the FEL to move what needs moved or for whacking on trees and such, not to mention the occasional joy ride ....
