I've been thinking about getting rear remotes for a 3pt log splitter. What do I need? Costs... I have a FEL if that'll help.

Simplest thing would be to add a 'power beyond ' loop to the back of the tractor, just as you would do for a backhoe. I suspect that if you did a search for 'power beyond kubota', you'd find lots of info. The power beyond brings a constant flow of hydraulic oil to a set of quick connects at the rear. I added my power beyond loop for my backhoe for under two hundred dollars.
