B7500 Manuel Trans?

/ B7500 Manuel Trans? #21
I had pretty nearly the same experience as radman - on a B2100 (its essentially the same tractor as the B7500) I had no FEL, but I had about 150lbs of suitcase weights instead. I had a Kubota 60" finishing mower which worked fine, but the front end was pretty light. I wouldn't try a 72" on it unless I wanted to impress the neighbors by doing wheelies all day.

scotti: after years of using a ford 2n, and fighting the steering and shifting all the time when moving snow, i find the hst, to be invaluable. much easier on my old arms and legs. plus the added benifit of being able to alter ground speed with out reducing rpm is a great +. but there is nothing wrong with manuel trans. u will get good service from it.
