I think you're probably right. I do remember using grease to hold the little balls in place while i put it together. I only took mine apart that one time. I do recall using lots of expletives when putting it back together. It definitely was a pain, but nothing warranting a trip to the dealer. Sorry i can't be of more help but it was over a year ago i had mine apart.

I got it fixed! It went together the way I thought. Thanks for all that helped! If anybody else needs to know how to do this I will try my best to help you out.......Great forum here!
