I have a '95 B7100 that has no tach. My neighbor has a B20 that he is parting out. It has a tach that looks like it will fit the hole in the dash where the B7100 hour meter fits and the firewall looks like it has a hole made just for the tach shaft. Do any of you know if the B7100 fuel injector has a drive for a tach? Do you think this will work?
I know that I will need a new fuel tank because the plastic original will get in the way of the shaft. However, a guy at work makes gas tanks for custom motorcycles, so he will make me a custom tank for the cost of materials.
