B3200 Vibration Update

Tried out a B3200 today,32 degrees outside. Glowed it for 10 seconds and turned it over. It started right up, but coughed and missed for about 15 seconds then smoothed out. I let it run for a little while. At idle the selector levers were rattling. I ran it up through the rev range and did'nt notice any major vibrations, but there was definetly a light vibration at PTO speed.
If the timing adjust would fix this I would really love to buy one of these.

Thats all it needs; have them reset the injection pump timing back to zero T.D.C., and buy a exhaust gas scrubber purifier Muffler from Foley industrial engine service and no more worries
