Hi Steve,
I have never used a creeper to support the mower deck during installation, but it would probably work as there are several inches of clearance to work with. There are so many knowledgeable people on this forum, I would not be surprised if someone knows exactly what the clearance is under the deck. My deck is off for the winter otherwise I could tell you. Sorry about that.
I looked up the weight of the mmm (Rck60-30b) and the sales literature i looked at lists it as 374 lbs, so make sure whatever you use is built to hold that.
I don't use a bagger.
