Snow B3030 snow performance expectations.

Bowhunter,

I have had the chance to plow snow about 5 or 6 times now with my B3030 w/FEL and 5' Rear Blde. The rear blade is all that I have used so far. In fact, I took the FEL off this morning in order to make the tractor more manuverable. I think the only time I will need it for snow is if the side of the driveway gets to deep to push back with the rear blade. I did make a set of skid shoes for it so the edge of the blade does not wear out. I think you will be surprised how well just the rear blade works. Good luck.

12 hours seat time this weekend piling snow for site removal. The 3030 met my expectations. It was kinda cool listening to tom brady stomp the bills while earning some good money, doing something i love, in a BEAUTIFUL MACHINE! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I always keep my loader on no matter what.

I have used it several times to get myself "Unstuck" from some deep snow.

You just put the bucket all the way into "dump", set it down with force (not float) and then curl the bucket.... it will push you backwards easily till your tires can get a grip.
