OK, here's what I have:
Shop manual shows the relief valve on right side of tractor just ahead of the lift arm. The section mentions implement control so I believe this is what I want to check. Recommended pressure is 2204 to 2306 psi.
In another part of the manual it mentions relief valve for 3 points (their wording) hitch. Relief valve pressure there is shown as 2175 to 2320 psi.
Which one am I looking to check for the loader? At any rate, my gauge showed an even 2500 psi where the loader lines connect. This has not been tampered with by me. It came from the dealer as is. Sounds like the whole shim thing is moot for me now.
