B3030 seat, it stinks!

the optional air suspension seat on my m7040 is very comfortable. you might want to look into that. Also added a swivel plate between the seat and base so i can sit sideways and look at the mower and other attachments. Makes it more comfortable.

hello m7040, i will look into that seat & several others, no need for the swivel plate, there is no room in the B series cabs to swivel.

I sat in a slightly used b2910 yesterday that was beside a new b3030, and found the seat in the b2910 to be much more comfortable. I wonder if the springs that support the seat, or the entire seat are interchangeable? It had been raining earlier, and it was quite obvious that the seat in the b2910 was much more level than the one in the b3030. Sometimes new doesn't mean improved in all respects I guess!
