I am using my 3030 on Cape Cod clearing some brush, and something must have bumped the fuel filter as it began to leak. I tightened and loosened it several times to slow the leak, which has about stopped. I looked for a fuel shut off and could not see one, and my manual is at another property about 100 miles from here. Anybody have a similar problem?
Where is the shut off valve for the fuel?
Thanks

On my B2910 you need to have less than a half tank of fuel, then when you remove the filter assembly there is a check valve that will stop the flow of fuel. On top of the fuel filter canister there is an "O" ring that is easily damaged, you might want to check it over very closely. I don't know if the 3030 is designed the same as my 2910, but it may be similar.

Good Luck /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

PS, if you try to remove the filter with a full tank, there will be a lot of fuel to clean up until it reaches 1/2 tank or so. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

What BubbaJr said also applies to my B7510 so it is probably a Kubota "standard".
