Looking for pictures of rear work lights on your B series Tractors. Pictures would be great. How did you wire it? Thanks

My B21 had light wiring on both sides above the rear axle. It is intended for the factory work light option. I assume you will find similar wiring on your tractor. I bought tractor work lights at Walmart. Tractorsupply has similar lights. I ran a wire up the ROPS and installed a small radio shack project box with two switches on the ROPS. The factory light kits run wires up the ROPS and wire tie the wires in place.

I just installed a 12V weatherproof socket for attaching work lights. I have (2) 55W Magnetic Mount Lights from Northern Tool that I can mount anywhere on the tractor.

I don't use the lights often so I did not want a permanent mount. I also have to fold the ROPS to get in my garage. My primary use for the lights is plowing which only happens 5-6 times each winter around here.

Under the seat of the B Series there are two loose wires. The black wire with the Ring Connector is the ground and the Red/Blue wire with the bullet connector end is the +12V power. Power is on with the ACC key position.

I connected the Red/Blue +12V wire directly to the sockets yellow wire and then connected the black ground ring connector to the tractor frame using a bolt in an existing hole in the metal fender frame. I had to sand the paint off near the hole to get a good ground. I also connected the black ground lead from the socket to the same bolt.

The setup works great and is simple. I could have installed a switch but it is just as easy to unplug the socket for the number of times I use them.

Kubota B7335 work light. Hooks up to existing connection under fender. Easy and nice, but not the cheapest way to go.

My lights install. Yes, I drilled into the ROPS. let the lawyers sort it out!!!

They use to be on the outside of the rops but the branches kept knocking them around...

the switches are from VETCO, waterproof, small, and have an LED indicator light...

Also the new 40 Amp Alternator keeping things bright...
