I ran across a 2001 B2910 with 111 hours, 402 FEL with a 54” bucket and R4 tires for $12,900. The dealer was closed, so I did not drive it. I did spent about 15 minutes looking it over and it appears to be in excellent condition, as close to new as I’ve seen.

Two minor things caught my attention, first was that the inside of the bucket had pea sized pit marks on the inside, but the outside was just fine. The second thing was the loader joystick did not have the plastic shroud or rubber boot that I have seen on other 402 loaders.

That's a decent price, maybe a bit high, at least here in the northeast.

The joystick configuration on the B2710/2910 was changed a few years into production. The plastic shroud and rubber boot features indicate a later model. My 2001 B2710 with LA402 does not have those features.

Thanks for the feedback. Considering the overall appearance of the machine, I suspected the lack of the plastic shroud and rubber boot might have been standard for that year, but just wasn’t sure.
