So it's 42 degrees today. Tractor started and ran just fine. There was an accumulation of snow and ice under the seat as I flip the seat up when I'm done running for the day. So not sure if there was some interference with the seat switch or the warmer weather dissolved any icing in the fuel line and /or filter. Bought a new fuel filter and will install next week as temp is supposed to rise to nearly 50. Also plan to cover seat area so snow or ice won't get in there.
Just wanted to thank all of those folks who provided suggestion and direction.
Thanks again Ed
