Two part question:

1) Can I pull it with a B2320? No clay, fairly easy dirt to work with.

2) Do I actually need it? First garden, have broken the ground with a middle buster and been through it with the scarifers from box blade. This did much better than I thought and actually looks like a piece of ground that would be a garden. Would the cultivator finish the job and have ground ready for planting thus not needing a tiller? Would it help distinguish the rows before planting? Sorry if newbie questions and sound ridiculous. The cultivator is a very good price and is reason for asking.

That's all I use on our gardens. This was "virgin" untilled land. I broke it with middle buster and just kept beatin' on it. Left it that fall and winter. Busted it again and again in spring. Then, I simply use the one row cultivator as a C tine drag. Works very well on our soil. Again, it is sandy, no clay.

Now, three years later, I recently bought a disc and I adore it. A pass or two and all the old vegetation is chopped down really nice. A tiller would work, but I don't have a 3 pt tiller and won't ever likely get one. Kinda spendy and that's absolutely no need for one for our application. YMMV.
