B2320 first gear speed?

I've looked but can't find the listed MPH of the B2320 gear transmission run at rated speed in first gear. I want it S L O W but I know that many times 1st gear is still too fast for some appications such tight garden work. If anyone has the numbers I would appreciate it. Thanks!
