I had a Kubota B21 for about 6 years. I would often lean on the shifter or bump into it when hopping off the tractor. I would have to regularly loosen the bolt at the base of the shifter and realign the shifter within the grooves in the fender so I could get into low, medium, and high shift points or they wouldn't lock in.
