B 414 Brake adjustment ??????/

Hi everyone, I am new to this site and I hope someone can help me.....

I have a Case IH B 414 gas that the brakes don't work very well on, I have ordered new pads but they haven't come in yet..... the old pads don't look too bad but I will put new ones on anyway when they come in. My question is...

What is the correct way to adjust the brakes, I think the linkage needs adjusting to make things work right.

Is there anywhere to download the manual on the web that will give step by step directions ????

I just bought a B414 and it came with some manuals. I could probably get the info you need.
