can you picture james sakolove standing in front of a judge making that same presentation? one of my suppliers settled out of court for selling a guy a universal electric fuel pump. he some how got gas on himself, lit himself and sued based on pump didn't have adaquate instructions. 1m out of court settlement for pain, suffering, and being a dumb***. what ever happened to common sense? in the 60's my fatherinlaw ran over himself with a new ih tractor. he wasn't familiar with it yet . months in the hospital. he never considered a suit, he felt he screwed up. i have faith in my fellow man and have never had a problem, never sued anyone and use the common sense my father passed on to me. to old to change now...............
