My shed has a sloped dirt "floor" and most of the time when I start up, depress the clutch, raise FEL, release brake, we start rolling from under the shed.
However; once in a while it seems hydro engages and rolling stops until I press on reverse pedal, then rolling resumes.

I'm guessing there is some linkage that may need adjustment.
What's your thoughts?

Thanks to all who can offer suggestions.

Mine does that sometimes too. I think it's the hydro pedals that don't always get centered. Your adjustment may be off allowing the engine to start with the hydro pedal just very slightly engaged, which would hold the tractor on a grade. When your pedal is lined up in neutral, it will roll. I wouldn't worry about it as the amount it is probably off is insignificant. If it's a safety concern, just use your brake when starting and it will stay put until you want it to move.

That's one area where I think Kubota could do a little better job by increasing the centering spring tension to make the neutral area of the pedals more automatic.
