Axle end play

Does anyone know how much end play (in and out movement) you have on the axle of your 2500 series tractor?

I had one wheel off the other day and probably had at least 3/16". I did not measure it, but this seamed very excessive to me. If you are seeing a lot tighter, I'll call the dealer ... if you are seeing the same, I won't bother.

I had a 2500 series a little over a year ago with what I thought was excessive play on the rear axles. Dealer said it was normal. I didn't agree or like it, got my money back and went to another dealer and bought a 3204. No play, works great.
