ASV RC 100

Can anyone tell me is there any way to get to drive motors to pull at the same rate. When I hold the joy stick in the center to go straight mine goes to the right not just a little but pulls hard to the right. Only 418 hrs

I'm pretty sure the problem is in the joy stick. My machine has a bad hesitation when turning left. Sometimes it just won't go left and you have to pump the stick from center to the left a few times. Last time it was in the shop the mechanic said there was an issue and I would have to replace the whole joy stick to fix the problem. Sounds a little different then what is happening to you but close enough to think it's a similar issue.

No, I didn't get a price on the new joy stick.

Thanks Quik Draw I have to pump my joystick when I want to turn to the left so it sounds like we are having the same problem

you both need to replace the little hockey puck looking valve body under the joystick NOT the whole stick...the valve body costs about $100 and fixes this problem...I have had two RC100s do this and one CAT 277B do the same thing and this valve body fixed em all...very easy to replace as well...just remove the plastic covering the hoses under the stick (easier to do with cab up) and then remove the hoses from the valve body then swap the valve bodies out and then reattach the hoses..hardest part is you need to label the hoses so you dont hook em back up backwards!!
