That looks sweet, well not sweet, but garlic. LOL
To build one, a few plastic tubs, a bunch of angle iron, epoxy paint, square iron for shuts, and a few wheels and gear chains.
Now the hard part is, getting the wheels in timing with the gears to increase the yield of plants between each of them.
I like the eastern europe machine better as a two person setup. One to manage the garlic pieces to plant and one to drive the tractor. All too often, the drive can't focus on watching the delivery system to plant each and every time and drive the tractor. What if one of the shuts jams ???
I know that the Amish/Mennonites plant bulbs for some flower festival up in Lancaster each year. Their system of course is horse pulled, but the same concept. This is close, for a youtube video, but not exactly the right machine.
