Has anyone here used this ?
How well does it work ?

For those who don't know what I'm talking about (not that I do) it is somewhat like draft control, but for a tiller.
It takes it's control signal from the tiller's rear plate (door, flap) via a cable (inner wire and outer casing, like a bicycle brake cable).

Ooops, what happened to SnowRidge's reply ?
I got an e-mail message about it and wanted to respond, but by the time I got to the forum it had gone.
Do we read and write to view tables of the real database, or is it just a lag in actual posting of entries ?

Well, it is "interesting".
I started the tractor up and experimented with the feedback lever, (safety police, don't read this part) actually standing behind the tractor with the engine running.

Basically it raises the 3pt hitch when the lever is pulled rearwards.
Right now it looks like one heckuva cool way to implement(pun intended) depth control or fine grading - maybe coarse grading too, though I seem able to do that by hand.
It requires much less force than the reactive force used in draft control, bicycle brake cables seem a very real possibility.
Much thunking will be done about this over the next few days, e.g. ways to tie it into gauge wheels behind box blade, tiller, rake, rear blade, whatever.
