Auto brake bleeding tool question?Any old timers here?

I ended up buying this..vacumm bleed. under 20 bucks.2 In 1 Brake Bleeder & Vacuum Pump Test Tuner Tool Kit New | eBay
I waited a wek for it but it seemed to do a good job. It lost the vacumm easily so even a second person to pump it up would have been good.I now kick myself for all the times I could have had a small vac pump free from my jobs. (many tossed out) Anywys Im happy with this methodim unsure if the more expensive ones would hold the vac longer than this one.Anyone think maybe I should put some light otl in the pum p to seal the disc more?

I think I saw a brake bleeding system at Harbor Freight last week. Didn't pay any attention to it since I didn't need one.
