Attachment Trouble

Sorry to be a bother.
I've tried to attach a picture to a post<A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.tractorbynet.com/cgi-bin/compact/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=other&Number=146483&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=0&fpart=&vc=1> click here </A> and it says attachment, but when you click on the attachment, it says the page is unavailable, been removed, or there is a problem. Am I doing something incorrect?

Fixed, but those files you uploaded won't work... I had changed something earlier and didn't change it back. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
