This is my first time trying to attach the MMM to my B7500 and I can't figure out how to lower the brackets that attach to the MMM. The only thing I saw that would hold them up was a clevis pin on both sides I removed both pins but when I try to lower them without the pins it still feels like there is something else holding them up in place. I have attached a picture of the bracket where I removed the pin from. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Mike

Your picture shows the gold bracket for holding the arms up when mower is removed. When MMM is installed use the pins to hold the gold bracket up out of the way.
Lowering 3PH should allow you to hook up mower arms to the mower.

If you don't have any weight on your 3-point they may be staying up even though you are putting the lever in lowering position. You may need to use your foot on the 3-points while pushing lever forward. I do this on my BX to lower it. You don't need to start it up to do it either.

Took a quick look in my 72" MMM manual. It has some good drawings of the linkage. Do you have a manual for your MMM?

Did you try opening the valve below the seat that controls the rate at which the deck lowers? I suppose that if that was closed enough the arms might not drop with only their own weight.

Yes I do have the manual and I thought I was doing it correctly. I have taken a couple more pictures as you can see the rear arms are all the way down but the arms for the MMM are still in the up position. If there is anything you could think of. I am open for any suggestions as the grass is getting long.
Thanks
Mike

Another picture of the arms under the tractor with the rear arm all the way lowered.

The only two things I am aware of is the lever to lower the 3-point and the knob that adjusted the speed of the 3-point. Whould there be something else?

Sprit, I think Surfran was right - - the arms will not lower without some weight to pull them down. I just re-installed my 60" MMM on my BX [my 1st time too]. It will take a bit of down pressure to get the arms down. Ordinarily, your 3ph implement/MMM are on to pull the arms down.

Good luck.
