ATI Tach-All measurement

Just wondering if anyone had an ideal of how wide the tubing on each side of this would be, Not sure if it is 4" or 6" wide?

A standard SS QA is 44.5 wide at the top; using a ruler on my monitor and comparing the width of the whole thing vs the tube it appears to me that the tubes are 4.5 - 5".
