I have a C38L with a 6 ft. bucket. I am looking for a fork lift that will fit on the hooks when the bucket is removed. Any suggestions. I don't have a dealer near me.

I don't know what kind of lifting you're doing, but saw a guy once who took a 1500# cap 3 pt bale mover and mounted it directly into his bucket with removable pins. Welded some heavy steel in for brackets, along with some plate for bucket reinforcement. Used just the two lower pins to attach.

Century used to have weld-on blanks for the QA on these loaders. Not sure if it's still available though.

You might be able to pick up a set of used forks from an old lift truck. A good welding shop could fabricate a mount that would fit on your loader QD. They would probably need to have your bucket or the tractor itself available for measuring purposes.
With today's steel prices, expect this to be expensive. I am still kicking myself for not buying forks for my then new Branson in 2003. The dealer only wanted another $600 on the package price back then.

W.R. Long makes quick attach fork sets for about every style of QA. They probably make them for your tractor. Google and contact them to find a local dealer.
