Did the dealer mean a puller was needed to remove the pilot bearing?
I am not sure. He didn't mention the pilot bearing. I may call them back and ask.

If you find you need a puller for sure, $2200 can buy a lot of tools.

Also, you can use an automotive style alignment tool when installing the new clutch. Remember to make sure that it fits the NEW pilot bearing snuggly.
