I own a place the family calls "bug acres". Half of it is wetland and abandoned railroad bed wasteland. Grows some mighty fine bugs. It is for sale if you are interested.Just curious how profitable this would be. The farm wouldn’t have to be specifiallly for human consumption, could be similar to a lady bug farm used to sell lady bugs to famers to kill avidly, or crickets sold for pets.
Better look at what the “Elite” have planned. I have a feeling this is what he’s talking about. Good grub: why we might be eating insects soonHuman consumption? Crickets for pets? Not sure where you are but around here I’d guess there wouldn’t be much of a market for barbecued grasshoppers. Now maybe if they were mudbugs...
Yeah, no, hard pass on eating bugs. If things ever get that bleak I’ll just stick with the soylent green.Better look at what the “Elite” have planned. I have a feeling this is what he’s talking about. Good grub: why we might be eating insects soon
I know pure worm castings cost a small fortune!Composting worms bring a pretty penny.
