Rotary Cutter Any idea what this bush hog is worth?

I was wondering what this john deere 4ft bush hog is worth? Any ideas. The gear box leaks a bit but runs fine.

Depends on if you're buying it or selling it!

Just off the top of my head, I'd say in the neighborhood of $300-400.

If it had a fresh coat of paint what would it sell for?

Again, that's just a guess off the top of my head.

Its also a JD some people pay a premium for that.

Its also not a cheap off brand either.

Call JD and ask them who makes there rotary cutters I have found just because its green and has JD sticker on it doesn't mean JD builds it might be suprised

Whatever.
John Deere makes some good cutters, but they also had some bad ones.
Years ago I bought a new JD 513 cutter and it was a piece of junk.
I replaced it with a 6' King Kutter brush mower that cost about the same as I paid for the JD 513 and it has been twice the mower.
