Antifreeze for my 5570 4WD

Noticed my radiator was low, talked with the local dealer who had none in stock and was no help as usual. What currently available antifreeze do I shop for? I plan on draining and flushing the cooling system and refilling with new antifreeze.

Hi Pat, my dealer said use the "green" antifreeze 50:50 as that is what it came with. eMax25 cab here....

My 2025 model 4540 came with standard green antifreeze.

CAT ELC 50/50 it's only expensive once.

For me the extended interval of the various ELC products far outweigh the additional expense.
I personally use Zerex G05 HOAT, with a 5 year interval.

I agree. I'm running a D5 a D4, a 6x6 Clark Grader and a 580k Case backhoe. I don't think that the minor additional cost is worth the cost of loosing an engine to freeze, electrolysis, etc.
