Ask your tax guy exactly how much of the price of a new tractor (or any other farm implement) you can deduct! It may change your thinking about what you can afford.

I have a very similar situation. I carry bales on my 3 point and they work wonderfully there. I have 4 Wd and a front loader and can get where ever I want. I think that setup is best. With a CUT you can get into lots of places, and you could buy new with a warranty within your price range.

Try to get most of what you want up front when you purchase, it can save a lot of money and headaches...
