Looks great! Very professional. You have some serious metalworking skills. Have you had a chance to use them yet?

I hope those D-rings are welded together in back of the attachment point. They may spread out other wise. Do you have a bale spear that fits in the trailer receiver hitch?

The receiver is mostly for maneuvering my car trailer into a tight parking spot. The D-rings I bought already formed and they are welded. And I haven't had a chance to use the tooth bar yet, maybe next weekend. A couple of friends saw it and had to have one,and I think I have another one on the hook. Mine was paid for by building theirs.:D

Those look alot like the ones I mat purchase. Did they originally bolt to the side of the bucket?

Very nice work. On the tooth bar, it is hard to tell by the pic, it looks like the bar has a bevel to it from the mill, looks like the bevel has mill scale on it. Where did you find this and what size is it? Where did you get the teeth and shanks?

I bought a Construction Attachments tooth bar thru Everything Attachments. All I had to do was give them the inside dimensions of the bucket, eg. my 5 ft bucket was 59-13/16" inside measurement. They will make it to fit your bucket. I have used it and abused it. Best thing I have for cleaning ditches of fall debris.

Sem, I'm not quite sure what you mean. I made it so it would bolt to the side of the bucket. Rhino, I bought the beveled bar through a local machine shop, it is 1/2 by 4". The teeth came from here. Tooth Bars and Teeth | Skid Steer, Bobcat, Tractor Attachment | Quality Welding Service

I think he meant the front edge of the steel bar that sits inside the bucket. The one the teeth are welded to. I too see the front edge is beveled, and wondering how it was done.

Hi

Yep. They are over 3000 x 2000 pixels. Can the poster please resize them to just 800x600 or at most 1024x768 please. On my farm here I have a satellite connection, started to download one and had to cancel the download.

OK, I'll try to resize them if I can figure it out, my computer skills are mediocre at best. Do I need to edit the post to accomplish that?

I had to buy the bar already bevelled from a machine shop. I think it came from the mill that way.

Congratulations on the advancement of your welding skills since
you made the top plate attachments on your FEL! like night and day.
Empty holes and no plates or bolts to hold the Toothbar inplace.
It will fall off without side plates and bolts, but good luck with it.
There's nothing wrong with saying you purchased a toothbar,
|as I have done twice
regards,
Steve

So what's your point? Because I hadn't drilled the holes 10 mins after I built the bar I didn't make it? Look closely, there's plates on the side of the bar. I built the thing, if you have a problem with that, go to. I've made three more for friends of mine. BTW, I have welded quite a bit since the hooks were added to the bucket. Want some cheese to go with your whine? Apparently you have plenty of free time to complain about things you know absolutely nothing about.
