New Holland TC33D
First, I would like to thank every one at TBN for the responses to my posts. I have learned more in the past month than 3 years of casual tractor shopping.

Second, I purchased a TC33D today. WOOHOO!! I got the 7308 FEL with the 60HD bucket & hooks, the 60" side discharge MMM, filled R4's, a 60" Woods rear blade, and the shop manuals all for $19,950. Probably not the lowest price possible, but I believe it fit within Spencers helpful guidelines and the dealer has a good reputation. The competing dealer I visited was $1400 higher and has an unknown reputation. A no brainer.

Again, thanks everyone, I'll post a picture when (hopefully) it gets delivered next Monday.

Dave

Welcome to the club! Congrats on the new tractor. I know you are just as anxious as I am to get it home. /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

Whoa! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif What is that, the 3rd or 4th TC33D bought this week! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif

Congratulations, Dave. Your comment about tractor shopping for 3 years makes me feel a little better, cause that's what I'm staring at having to wait right now! /w3tcompact/icons/sad.gif

Hey, remember to do a review when you've gotten some seat time. We all want to hear about your adventures! /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Congratulations Dave!!! It took me 2 years, and a crowbar for my wallet, to drop the hammer on my TC33D. I have been waiting for a week for mine to be delivered and it feels like forever. I don't think I had this much anticipation before I got married. I have been moving gravel piles by hand, just to burn off the excitement.

I know exactly how you feel. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif I think I have a temporary remedy for the tractor fever; I'm having 14 family members for three days this weekend staying at my house. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif The Blue Iguana wll be a welcome relief come Monday. (I'm trying out some names to see how they feel/w3tcompact/icons/tongue.gif)

I had noticed that too. It's funny how it works that way. When I bought my 40D, it seemed like a bunch of people bought one in the next few days (TCOwner, Doggone, etc). There was even a thread on it.

Wonder what the popular tractor will be when you buy yours Garry? /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

<font color=blue>"Wonder what the popular tractor will be when you buy yours Garry?"</font color=blue>

I don't want to irritate anyone here, but when I'm ready to buy, it'll be what I want, not necassarily what seems to be popular. Don't get me wrong. I don't think any of the recent purchases (or any others for that matter) were made based on "popularity. But like we've said many, many times before. A guy gets what's best for him based on his circumstances.

Now, having said all of that, if things don't change too much between now and then (whenever then is /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif), I have to believe that it's gonna be <font color=blue>BLUE</font color=blue>! /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

If I had to decide right now, it'd be the TC35D. If I couldn't quite swing that, it'd be the TC30.

But, things can change - so I guess we'll just have to wait and see! /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
