There have been a couple of others in the last week or so. When I was looking for them just now, I found this one, which is a bit different:

Very sad story ...

I do not like pit bulls - but - I've seen more than a few that were gentle and playful companions. This horrific situation is on the owner. Sadly, the dogs will be euthanized - instead of the owner.
