Thanks for posting, I'll keep an eye out for what might be causing it. Unfortunately, these errors sometimes are timeout related, and aren't easy to nail down. But I'll keep watching.

Yes, almost always it's an issue on our server side if it's a DB issue. There are SOME situations where an ISP might mess up and cause errors, but it happens so rarely it's not the first thing we look at. If you ever seen TBN just spinning and failing to load, test other sites first and if they load (check big sites like Facebook, NBC, Google, etc. but also check smaller sites like local news or restaurants) then you can tell if it's your Internet (if other sites fail to load) or TBN's server (if it's just TBN.)

I have seen the error and its random, that said since I don't know your backend, if your doing a VM and your using backup software utilizing snapshots something like VEAM, we have found certain DB's like mariandb does not like the snapshot, we find it will hang it if there is an open transaction during the snapshot, we had to script the db to be shutdown, snapshot it, then restart the db. I don't know if this is a thing for you, but it took a while for us to catch it.

Actually I tweaked the database timeouts and have been adjusting them. They reset yesterday (to something very short) and so I adjusted them again today and will check to see if it goes away. I'm a good 80% sure that's the problem, but we'll have to see.

I'm working on some stuff today that may or may not improve this. But it's also something that just happens from time to time. Timeouts cannot be eliminated perfectly all the time but we'll do our best to minimize them and avoid those errors.

Ditto, I'm not complaining, just passing on some info. I would think what you do Ibrahim is pretty much a thankless job, you do have my thanks .
