He's doing something right! Wow!!!

He only paid $1 Mill for a house? He must be living in a slum. Chelsea Clinton has a $10 million apartment in New York and Billary just bought her a $2 million house next door to them so she can establish legal residence and run for congress in that district. They gotta have someone to keep the ClintonCrimeCorporation in business. Hillary can't run it by her self from a jail cell.

Misprint... the article says $100 million.

The actual Washington Post is not far from this satire. On Monday they had articles on what Hillary should do during her first 100 days, how the Republican Party is in such disarray, and how Trump's brand will be damaged by his loss!

At-least Trump talks the talk, hard to believe he's against the sec. amendment, if Hillary won, watch out who she would of nominated/appointed to the supreme court, Obama or someone like............my firearms will breathe a sigh of relieve after Trump nominates a conservative judge.

I know lifetime Democrats, Union Members and Civil Servants that voted Republican for the first time ever and it was a single issue... the second amendment...

Some hunt, some target shoot and others are simply worried about being able to protect themselves.

It is fact the police in my city of 400k do not respond to most calls for assistance... it again was huge complaint of shop owners and individuals that suffered property destruction this week's Trump riots.

As a rule... Police only respond to Domestic Violence, when Children are involved and/or anything involving a firearm.

If you come come to a kicked in front door and a ransacked house, your car is stolen, etc... you are instructed to go online and file a police report... NO ONE is coming out to take a report.

Man, you live in a heck of a place. And to top it all off, the very place you need to go around armed at all times, preferably with a long gun with a high round count magazine, they don't want you to have anything at all. I am so glad my parents turned their back on California in the '50s and moved back here. We CAN go around armed here all the time, both concealed and open carry, and we don't for the most part NEED to.

It has changed a lot in my lifetime... 5 generations called Oakland home... so the roots go deep.

The big changes/transitions came about in the 60's... the Panthers, ****'s Angels, Earth First, Symbionese Liberation, Weather Underground... etc.

It was the Panthers walking around the city with rifles that ushered in the first gun laws.

The new law on magazine capacity and ammo purchases make a lot of law abiding citizens on the wrong side of the law...

Gun Shops have just about become extinct... the public ranges are all closed due to "Environmental" issues.

Yet with all the hoopla, murders are a common occurrence.

I/We do have the best neighbors... every last one... both in my parents neighborhood and mine...

We just keep hoping for the pendulum to swing back... but it so far it only swings one way... may stall for a time but never reverses.

I thought Washington would be a good move and have found Olympia to very close politically with the Bay Area...

Half the time the local range was used by Law Enforcement for training and it closed last month after 75 years because parks need to send a message that guns are not wanted... 7 different shootings around my city last night...

Ironically my parents moved out of Oakland in 1955. So we have some of the same "roots". I could be you long lost cousin or something. :) But we have lived in Missouri ever since then. My dad felt Oakland was "going to he77" even then. He went back on a trip or two to do contracting work out there to make money, but gave that up too. He seemed to think the bay area was just not for him any longer.

Just about wherever I go I meet people with ties to California...

I swear half my grade school class consisted of recent transplants.

Grew up around the car business and by age 10 I had already accumulated license plates from all 50 states and some overseas military bases in Germany and Subic Bay...

Tremendous influx of newcomers... a lot of my parents neighbors originally made their way to the Bay Area through the military which had an enormous Bay Area presence... many decided to stay.

The first rusty car I had ever seen was a trade with Illinois plates.

Sad that California seems to be a place where people are from...

Most of my co-workers retire out of State... Texas, Oregon, Arizona are very popular...

Had friends move to Washington and they quickly sold... reason is people hunting were in the woods and she was sure they would get shot... nothing much new under the sun.

Never been to Austin but know at least a dozen of more that moved there... some said it is the only place in TX that is suitable... go figure?
