I have heard of people reloading the all plastic cases, but I haven't personally seen it.
Shotgun reloading itself is not as forgiving as loading metallic cartridges. You need to follow the recipe to the letter for good results.
Mixing and matching things is not a great idea. It is best to stick to a particular hull, and a particular wad and powder charge.
One of the best hulls to reload is the Winchester AA hull. At least that has been my experience.

The difference is whether the case base is 2-part. The 2-part bases can come apart and lodge in the barrel, blowing up your shotgun. Only reload monolithic cases where the base cup is molded to the case wall. Past that, high base, low base, plastic, they are all reloadable. Some can only be reloaded a couple of times because they won't hold a crimp after they get older.

Reloading magnum shells where you are pushing the CUP requires careful uniformity, but reloading light target loads is more forgiving. As long as you stay on the low end of the powder and shot tables, you can reload any hulls you have handy.
