I need to find a match for New Holland TN 55 Hyd oil. The dealer sells Ambra 134.

Why don't you want to purchase this oil from the dealer?

Only specs I could find state it is designed for wet clutch and brake use so I would suggest looking for a good multi purpose tranny fluid with these characteristics that meet or exceed the required NH specs.

ospreyhall the spec'd oil is only about 50% more than other quality oils that may or may not work as well. I do not know where you use the tractor 50 hours a year in light duty or 2000 hours a year pulling a 10' bushhog, breaking plows, etc. In our case of light usage we may get 10+ years between UTF changes so the purchase price is nil.

I live over 100 miles from the nearest dealer and was looking into an alternative oil. Thanks for the help.
