When you point out a quality problem, even a problem with fit and finish items, you should keep it very clear in your head that you are doing them a FAVOR of giving them a second chance to make you a happy customer.

Nothing kills sales like a half-hearted recommendation like "My new tractor seems OK, but they if they can't get the stickers on stright, I worry what else is assembled with poor quality - I am kind of wishing I had bought brand B".
Remember when Japanese cars first started becoming serious in US market share? They built a reputation of excelling at fit and finish. No matter what the actual quality of the product is, people will make a large impresison based on fit and finish. Its not like every owner is going to check the torques, clearances, machining tolerances, and metalurgy, but any layman can see a seam thats un-even, paint thats sloppy, or stickers that are poorly aligned.
It will impact re-sale.
Here is an idea to use in this situaiton: Ask the dealer to trade the unit stright-up with his display model (assuming it doesn't have the same issues). See what he says. If he hems and haws, its clear the value is different and you will have proven the point. If he agrees, well then you will likely get a nicer looking unit.
Finally, I would recommend taking care of it right away. After the tractor loses its "Newness", it won't seem so important that you don't bother, but you will still resent/regret it every time you use it.
