trying to find out if 14.4 volts is normal out put all the time are theres something wrong nomatter what rpm speed is it only shows 14.4 all the time. volt meter reads 13 volts before starting useing glowplugs it reads 10volts is all of this normal thanks for any help.

It sounds pretty normal. The alternator output during use is usually maintained above 12V as it is maintaining charge and running equipment. The glow plugs would pull it down some. But usually you'll be seeing above 14V. John
