Allis Chalmers D-17 wont start

It started a month ago. Cleaned it up and now wont start. Bled the fuel lines to see if their was air in the line. Answer is no. No water in the fuel. Any suggestions where to look?

have ya tried pull starting it?

is it making any smoke?

Did you bleed the system all the way to the injectors? If you washed it, is it possible that there is a problem with a saturated air filter?
