Do you know the strength of the all thread. Old rebar was smooth, 80 years ago.
If strength of all thread is 60 to 80 ksi use it as you would rebar. If strength is lower use more all thread
reinforcement is used based on its material strength

I was pouring a foundation for a carport once and added about 30+ old computer hard drives that had been accumulating in a box. Should make for an interesting find for the poor soul the busts it up in the future.

You could improve the grip of the concrete by threading some bolts onto each rod.

Or weld the intersections, after placing it in a grid pattern.

This is if you are using it simply to prevent cracks in a floor.

As noted above, structural concrete - columns, beams, arches etc, should probably use real rebar.
How do you thread bolts onto threaded rod? With a rod coupling?

Bah. Blame it on long Covid! :) I went back and corrected the post. Thread Nuts onto the rod! If you have lots of patience.

Maybe spin the rod with a drill, horizontally, and hold several nuts along the floor with vise-grips, to run the nuts down to where they are evenly spaced. Or something.

I should have been more specific. This is for a slab pour that will be inside and really have nothing heavy on it.

I would. They have fiberglass rebar now.
