all new threads marked as read as soon as I read 1

If I jump to a forum with .. say.. 10 unread threads ( new messages. .. thus marked in yellow ), and i read one thread, or post to a thread.. when it takes me back to the forum, all the rest of the threads are now grey, as if I had read all of them!?!

If it hasn't always worked that way for you, it's probably a cookie issue. I would clear all TBN cookies, clear your temporary internet files, and login again.

Man that is odd.... I clear my temp files every 2 days automatically, and get cookies once a month... must be poltergiest...

That happens to me too....sometimes in only one of the dixcussion topics like attachments,...not all of them. I have logged off TBN, disk clean and clear cookies and restart...then it seems to be OK?

Okay, now I'm getting the same thing as Soundguy. I have gone to a few fourms and there were several threads in yellow, but I read one, came back, and then they were greyed out.

Also, when I try to post a reply, it just sits there trying to connect, and finally, I hit stop. When I try posting the reply again, it says the post already exists, so it's going through, just not showing me that it did and offering me the chance to "return to the forum" or "view your post."
