I can not find the air filter number for my 4010 trans Gas 2009. Can someone tell me a napa or advanced auto part number
They aren't that expensive from the dealer, and you can get aftermarket versions from different M/C, UTV, ATV vendors.
I'd need the exact model number of your Mule to be sure, but most of the gas Mules use the same filters. If so, your air filter should be: 11013-1290
partzilla.com has this listed for less than $20. You can also get it off of Amazon.
The last one I got for my 610 Mule was about $40 from the dealer. Unless you're doing a LOT of riding, the filter should be good for the number of hours listed in your maintenance schedule. And you can usually blow them out with air to get more life out of them.
Don't forget about the other air filter. You also have one for the CVT breather (the transmission). It will run about $17 at partzilla. It should be: 11013-1263
Again, the best way to make sure you're getting the correct parts is to get your exact model number off the machine. It will look like: KAF620S9F (it may be different)
Now, with all that being said. Looking at the FRAM filter catalog, if we search on the Kawasaki part number, we come up with listing for a FRAM CA9248 which is a cross-reference for a NAPA 6449. So the 6449 should be a match for the OEM filter :thumbsup:.
